Great Experience. Everyone here is super nice, professional and you can tell they love pets. My dog needed a second ultrasound due to not wanting to eat. I had called a specialty / emergency hospital in metro Detroit to see about getting in. They told me I could call in 3 days at 7am and if they had a spot I could drop him off between 8-10am for the whole day. He’ll see a doctor, but if they’re too busy he may or may not get the ultrasound (the whole reason I needed to bring him in). So next I called COVE. They got me an appointment the same week and we were in and out in 40 minutes. I got to sit in with my dog during the procedure. Very thorough. Highly recommend trying this place out. OUTSTANDING experience with the entire staff at COVE. My cat needed a nasal CT and every place I called was between $2800 and $4800, with lots of add-on fees and contingencies. Then I was lucky enough to find COVE. Their pricing is transparent, clear, and posted right on the website. Our lil fur baby was well cared for, the communication was top-notch, and we paid a fraction of the cost these other places are charging. Unfortunately, we received bad news about our cat's health...but now I can put the money saved toward her treatment! BTW, the website says cash is accepted and there is a 3% charge to pay by credit card. This applies only to their Wisconsin location. COVE was absolutely wonderful to work with! Their availability was amazing. They were able to get my dog in way sooner than other places for abdominal ultrasound. Carrie was a phenomenal Ultrasonographer! Highly recommended them to everyone! I will definitely be back for any of my pets needs!

Our experience at the Cove was Wonderful. They were very caring and walked us through every step Andree Is who I spoke with when I first called and she was nothing less than amazing. Her follow-through was great very compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend the cove.

I brought my 8 year old cat in for a CT scan of multiple sites. It always hurts my heart to take him in for testing, but the employees at COVE were so great with him and great to work with! They were able to perform his scan with minimal sedation (which is a feat because he’s 20lbs of dormant, relaxed muscle) so when he got home he was almost back to his old self! Thank you to all of the employees for all you do to help our fur babies. :)
