Countryside Veterinary Clinic

I found this vet because I needed assistance on a Saturday morning for a paw injury. The person I spoke to was calm, informative, and offered great suggestions. I was able to book an appointment that Monday for an exam. Upon arrival, the service only got better. Due to a tight entrance and many dogs, the staff was guiding and directing clients to avoid any negative interactions. Reception knew who I was before I could check in, and within a minute or two we were being taken to the exam room. My Aussie has high reactivity and both the vet and tech took their time with her, allowing her to come to them. This only took a minute or two but it made all the difference. I called to ask for advice and information about the USDA cert for travel. The staff were friendly and absolutely wonderful. If we lived closer, we would definitely be regular visitors/patients. I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you again for everything!

Every time we go to Countryside we are reminded why we pick this clinic as our go to vet. We have had nothing but excellent care and they have helped us in several emergency situations with our animals. If you live in the area, I would absolutely use Countryside. I drive 30 miles and pass countless veterinary clinics on my way out to Countryside. I drive this because I know they will always take care of us, treat us like family, and be straightforward. They dont try to get every penny they can out of you. They explain things plainly, give you explanations and options, and they always have compassion for both pet and pet parent. They always put you and your pet first! So far, we’ve really liked this vet clinic! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the communication has been great! We came in for a puppy wellness exam and for a procedure, and both times everything from scheduling to paying to getting results was fast and easy! And this place is quite affordable (for the services we needed). If our puppy could talk, I’m sure he’d be saying “I actually really like going to the vet!”
