I've been buying wood pellets from these guys for over 6 years. I found a place. The place is called wendells that are literally $70 cheaper a ton me and my buddies, all get together and buy 6 ton at a time, and they wouldn't even try to match the price. So if you guys go through pellets. Go to these people. You'll save a lot of money and it's the same pellets but they only sell it by the ton, not to beg

Terrible Customer Service I called CountryMax - Thiele's to inquire about their 50 lb bags of canary seed, but the woman who answered my call was incredibly rude. I simply asked about the price, and when I inquired about the total with tax, she abruptly hung up on me, slamming the phone without any reason. This kind of treatment is completely uncalled for, and I’m shocked that a place would allow such behavior from their staff. How can you have people working in customer service who treat customers like this? Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning here anytime soon.

This country max is a lot like your old fashioned mom and pop store, but with a lot of animal food and feed. Very cute! Very old fashioned. I really liked it but I am disabled and it was hard for me to get around because there is no carts and there were stairs not very many only three but it was still hard.

Sort of an interesting store. It offers pet supplies at a cheaper price than the local chain stores. It also carries a nice selection of annuals and perennials in the spring and summer. And unlike other home supply stores (I think you know who I mean) the workers always help load heavy items (like mulch or soil) into your vehicle. It feels a little old and dark inside, but the products are the same quality as the expensive stores.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The only place i can get my brand of cat food locally, although they're often out if it. Some things they sell (in pet supplies)can be found cheaper online. Plants are very inexpensive and hardy.
