Heather & John were so kind in accommodating our little homeschool group in learning about some rainforest creatures. We had a very informative mini tour and got to meet several of their exotic residents. The animals all seemed happy, healthy & well taken care of and our tour guides were friendly, patient & knowledgeable and able to answer so many kid questions! Highly recommend!

I can’t speak highly enough of this shop and the owners! My daughter had been researching and saving up for a bearded dragon. Avalon got one in (an orange leatherback) and she was perfect for us! We went to the shop and my daughter brought her 4 pages of notes. John answered all of her questions, helped us get a tank and things for the enclosure. He made sure we had enough food and the right supplies for her. She is the SWEETEST most beautiful girl ever and she is so healthy. Clementine is a wonderful addition to our family and we will continue to shop here!

I have been going to Avalon for all my reptile needs for the last few months now. One of the cleanest reptile stores I have been too, amazing selection of animals that are all healthy. Owners are super informative and helpful with all of my questions I tend to ask. Some of my nicest and best temperament animals have come from them, and my go to spot for feeder rats.

Super helpful answering my questions and helping me find some new decorations for my snake's enclosure! And their reptiles all looked incredibly healthy and happy with awesome enclosures. This is the best reptiles shop I've found in the area, I'll be going here for everything me and my snake need from now on!

Three months ago I came in ready to become a bearded dragon mom. Everyone at Avalon Exotics was so helpful with setting up my first enclosure, from writing tips to keep my new little orange girl healthy, to offering their services for boarding help in the future. Well, here is Kiersah, named after a brass dragon in the D&D world. She has become a wonderful part of the family. She eats greens extremely well, loves her sunshine, and is just a spicy and adventurous girl who is easy to handle. Thank you all very much for helping us get to where we are today!
