I was VERY happy with my overall experience. Staff was extremely pleasant and professional. I didn't even have to ask for help getting item to my vehicle, they offered right at the register. Highly recommend!!

Best prices on cat litter in town, and an otherwise good selection on pet supplies. They also have a nursery and garden supply section which we've made use of. Nice to have this option in town.

The whole staff is very helpful, store is always clean and well managed. The girls in the fish department do such a great job. The tanks are very well maintained and by seeing tanks labeled “observation not for sale” tells me they care for the fish and don’t want to sell something that isn’t 100% healthy. Great job!

My birds and I absolutely love this store I don't get to come all that often because I caretake for my 94 year old Grandma now but I do specialty Arucana/Americana mixes and various crested chickens and love how we are all welcomed in this store and they have wonderful rewashable fire hardened reptile bedding that is perfect when I have to bring precious flock members indoors at night due to predators

I go there weekly, for all kinds of things from farm animal feed to cat and dog and aquarium supplies the employees are always super helpful and very knowledgeable! They also have a very nice plant nursery and great prices! I highly recommend cortland country max!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
