Love the store itself but as for the dog wash station, all their soap dispensers are empty, they don’t provide you with towels if you want a towel they cost money but they didn’t have any in stock to buy. You might think oh but they have blow driers for their dogs. The blow driers have absolutely no pressure you could stand there for 30 minutes and your dog will still be soaked. Don’t waste your money here. You’re better off going to tractor supply for the same price and they have amazing blow driers and provide you with tons of soap and towels and everything you could need.

What a great store so many items pets farming flower gardening and so much more... People here are always so nice... Just a great place to walk through and find out what new products are around and what products you've never seen before....

The store is always nice and clean and the people working are friendly and attentive. On the self serve dog wash facility a couple of things. The lighting in the facility is flickering constantly. The soap barely comes out of the sprayers. Please fix the dryer on the middle bath. Thank you. The dog bath is absolutely a great thing.

First time coming into the store, great experience! The cashiers were very helpful and nice. The pet area was very clean, the staff was very quick to help me with my questions. 2 lovely ladies helped me with a sample check for my new fish tank set up, while waiting I spoke to a young man about my ball pythons and asked about the best set up for them would be. He was very informative on tank size, heating and lighting. I will definitely be coming here more often, I was informed on things that are dangerous for my snakes that other places said it would be okay or fine for them. Very happy with my experience here.

The self service pet wash is disgusting. It's all built out of wood which is not holding up well to the constant exposure to moisture. The floor is foam puzzle pieces which is not readily cleanable. The entire room was filthy. The soap dispenser was broke and there were no towels. Two of the three blow driers were broken. Will not return
