Knowledgeable staff. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Dr Micki is sweet, compassionate and tender to the touch…..did a great job with my dog too!

Over the 2023 winter holidays my dog Smokey contracted tetanus. The staff was incredibly compassionate in their care for her. Tetanus requires quite a bit of treatment and extra care. Some of that care needed to happen at home and I am so grateful to the staff and especially to Dr. Heather for teaching me how to provide medical care for Smokey at home. Unfortunately tetanus is a vicious ailment and Smokey was not able to beat her illness and she passed away. They helped me through the scarier parts of Smokey's treatment and helped me though the final steps in the most caring way possible. I am so thankful for the care provided to Smokey and the chance for her to fight. I would absolutely recommend this clinic for your furry friend!

Horrible customer service wouldn't even see my dog who is needing to be out down. Her words were sorry can't see him your going to just have to keep calling around

I had a very sick puppy the week before Christmas. My regular vet who lacked equipment to diagnose her, called Country Pet Clinic and sent us there. Four days before Christmas they did exploratory surgery removing a large hairball lodged in her intestines. Due to her needing to come home a little sooner than normal, they gave great care instructions and showed real concern about the dangers during the healing process. She's back to being naughty and I couldn't appreciate their help more.

They had no care what so ever about our dying dog. Trying to get him in to be seen and possibly put down if it came to that. There was no professionalism at the front desk.
