Country Inn Pet Resort & Animal Hospital

Molly has ben attending Country Inn Pet Resort since she was old enough and had all her shots - 4 months? She’s 6 now and we try to come once a week and for boarding (maybe 1-2 weeks a year) She is a high energy boxer that requires meds. She also has a flare for separation anxiety and Country Inn is the one time I can guarantee she gets exercise and I get a few hours away. I consider this place like extended family and I know Molly does too. The price? It’s what I expect to pay for the amenities, cleanliness, friendliness, and safety. worth it.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the first interaction over the phone I have been greeted with kindness and patience. They provide you a scheduled tour which is about 1hr long that goes through the entire facility answering all the questions you may have. Raquel the resort manager that lead the tour was very sweet and provided so much information to the large group that was taking the tour with us and was sure to answer any questions we had. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. The facility is very clean despite the many dogs going in and out of the facility. We rescued out little pit mix Olivia about two years ago. She’s not a fan of dogs so finding options for boarding has been hard for us. We had an awful experience at a prior boarding facility which nearly traumatized us into never boarding her again. That’s until I decided to give Country Inn a try. I’m SO HAPPY we did. They’re the absolute best. We toured the facility and drove them crazy with a thousand questions to make sure they could handle Olivia. We did a test run a few months back and have since boarded her twice for longer periods. They are so organized and communicate really well. I just signed up my dog, Bear for training in October 2025. I spoke with Jason and he could not have been more helpful! He was understanding and professional, letting me know what to expect and how it works. My dog is very anxious and no trainers have helped him. I am so excited to bring Bear to FL for training, as I know that with the professional guidance I have received so far, it will be a 100 percent turn around for Bear! Staff was over all friendly, it did seem like the staff there liked the dogs. I saw on camera a couple times staff just loving on Moose which made me feel a lot better since he was only 8 months old getting boarded for the first time. We paid more for the kennel with an outdoor area for potty and camera and daily doggy day care. I think the prices are fair so I don’t agree with the over priced reviews. You get what you pay for and I rather pay more for staff who care about my dog. My only complaint is I wish he had more outdoor time. I never saw him out of his kennel more than 15-20 mins and the first day he only went out twice. It was storming all weekend so I will probably board again and hopefully he gets out a little more. I do know they are very busy but I still think he needs more ou
