Wish i could give negative stars. Dr was rude and arrogant, refused to listen and constantly interrupted me when trying to explain what was wrong with my dog. Actually told me, "youre not going to dictate how i do my job." I was only trying to explain his symptoms and what medication hadnworked in the past. He also charges over $70 just for the examination. Thats almost double most vets. I only went here because of his good reviews but i did not like his bedside manner or the way he spoke to me like a disobedient child. Made me very uncomfortable and was very arrogant. Id also lke to point out i tried to be very kind and humble even when he raised his voice to me because I follow Christ but this didn't seem to make much of a difference as his ego seems to have taken over his practice.

I called to try and find my missing kittens and leave my information in case they see them in the future. They were extremely hesitant to even take my name or a description of the kittens. All the other vet offices that I have called were very eager to take it and even gave me emails and phone numbers to send pictures of them to. This was very discouraging for me in trying to find them.

Dr Nelson and his great employees have taken care of my animals since the early 1980's. They have always taken great care of them. So glad I have them to take of my dog and cats.

Dr Nelson was great with every animal we had from my childhood, to until we moved away from Ozark. He is a great veterinarian and I would recommend him to anyone.

They are very kind and professional. They always call you back when they say and when I had to put down my dog they closed the whole office so we could do it privately. Dr.Nelson knows his stuff and I feel very comfortable with his knowledge of veterinary medicine. Would highly recommend this place for the care of your fur babies.
