Best vet staff and clinic ever! They are so good with animals and people! They saved my dogs life after an intense crisis his body went through due to a genetic illness. They helped him go from deathly ill to a happy good boy again! They are great at communicating, quality care, and they go above and beyond for your animal! I called just before closing on Wednesday with concerns about post spay complications (done elsewhere) they were so kind, got me in the next day. My baby had to be admitted and have emergency surgery. They were so empathetic and kind and handled my baby with gentleness and patience. Was really impressed with all of the staff. Clean facility with a welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet and staff that genuinely cares. Edit: got my baby home and the incision is beautifully done. They gave very clear instructions and were super accommodating about her follow up. I have used this vet for years and had an emergency this weekend that they responded very quickly too. We had three dogs bitten by snake and called into the office after hours. Both vets showed up and were very attentive and helpful. They administered anti-venom and anything else they felt was necessary after running blood tests. All three dogs are alive and well now because of the vets. Thank you so much for your quick And willing help and for the excellence and helpfulness of your office staff!!

I have taken my animals to them since I moved to Ozark 11yrs ago. They are so personable and have gone above and beyond for my fur babies. Especially when my family came in to put my dog to sleep that has been going there since he was a pup. Dr. Frankie even came in when she wasn’t suppose to be in clinic that day to see my dear Capone cross the rainbow. They gave him the absolute most caring care from the time he declined to the very end. All the staff is so amazing. I cannot say enough about them.
