We went to Country Court for a same day sick visit for our Frenchies and never looked back! Dr. Block has been so great and patient each time we have been in. One of our Frenchies has had several issues over the past few months. Most recently, we had a concern couple days before Thanksgiving; I left a message for Dr. Block couple hours before they closed, and she made it a point to call back after hours to gather more information and provide guidance. It’s evident that she cares for our dogs and makes every effort to help them. Thank you Country Court!!!

It was my first time being here and I paid $350 to have my cat’s questionable scabs examined. They took samples of his skin to observe for infections and told me results would likely show within 3+ weeks. I hadn’t heard from them, so I called to follow up around week 4-5 and they said they were still waiting for results - no problem. They told me that there was no need to call and next time they would call when the results were ready. It’s been nearly 4 months since I’ve last heard from them - no answer. I ended up going elsewhere. If the results were inconclusive, that’s fine - I just ask that you let me know. They were more than happy to take my money, but couldn’t even give me a courtesy call. I’ll also note that a big reason I came here was because of the abundance of good reviews. I’

I love both of the doctors Lucy and Bubs have seen. They spend a great amount of time looking over my weens, and the prices are fair. We appreciate the hard work the techs do, and the pleasant front desk. Annie included.

Dr. Block Is Absolutely Amazing! You Can Tell She Loves Animals 🥰 The Best Experience Ive Had In A Vets Office. I Took My Cat In To Address Some Breathing Concerns I Thought She Might Have Asthma, But Turns Out It Was Just A Cats Cough. Dr. Block Was Also Very Responsive To Any Questions We Had About Wellness Plans And Primary Care For Our Cat She Answered Every Question And Was Very Informative. She Didnt Just Take Us In And Got Us Out She Took Her Time! Her Voice Is So Soothing And Calming And The Way She Handles Animals Is So Cute 🫶🏼 If My Cat Could Talk She Would Support Me On That 😂 We Loved It! And Will Be Coming Back To This Office. Also Very Reasonable Prices 👌🏼💯

This vet is my favorite from all the years I had pets. They are knowledgeable and truly care about animals. This is evident in how they handle your baby from the time you arrive until the follow up calls they make afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
