Cordon Road Veterinary Clinic-Santiam Equine

I had such a wonderful first experience at Cordon Road Veterinary Clinic-Santiam Equine with my 4.5-month-old Labrador puppy, Shadow. As a new pet parent, I was a little nervous, but the front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They went out of their way to get us in for an appointment immediately, which meant so much to me. The whole team was patient, gentle, and clearly cared about Shadow’s comfort and well-being. The visit felt smooth, stress-free, and very positive overall. I’m so glad we found this clinic and feel confident bringing Shadow here for his care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate and responsive vet!

I really like this veterinarian clinic. I always feel like I'm getting good help and good advice, even when I've had to call over the phone. In many cases lately, I have had to get my pet in the same or next day and they've been able to do that for me. I really really appreciate them and the care that they give my pets.

We just had to say goodbye to our sweet cat Mala, and this vet and the whole team were amazing, caring, compassionate and helpful. Thank you for helping Mala cross the rainbow bridge peacefully while we held her and assured her of how much we love her. 💗
