Recently have been getting my cat Vincent seen here. Brought him in for something small, they found something bigger. Immediately gave me materials to bring home, information on cost, etc. Vinny now needs teeth out and they gave me a full quote sheet on pricing for every level of care/need. Dr. Ashley is incredible and so kind and the staff is all so knowledgeable and friendly. These people LOVE their jobs and provide prompt, informed care.

I was confused by some of these reviews and I don't know what it was like before. I just moved to the area this past summer. They were able to get me in in a very reasonable amount of time for my senior wellness checkup. And I had a couple of issues and needed to be seen quickly and they got me in right away. The people here are compassionate and know what they're doing, and I feel my sweet Jasmine is in very good hands.

Prices went up significantly after new management/ownership?. $120 for an office visit. 6 mo supply of pet meds went from around $200 to $250-ish AFTER rebate. Fecal sample test over $100. $130 for blood workup. I was informed via email/text that both my animals were 'due' for shots. Brought the cat and dog for it. Turns out cat wasn't due for anything but they charge a full office visit for each one; basically $120 for them to love on my cat, plus $120 for the dog visit, plus STANDARD vax update. $750 later and I'm supposed to go back for booster of some vax, which they want to charge me another $120 visit. Found out the local vet hospital doesn't even charge that much for their basic visit fee. They are nice people in there, but I budget for my pet care like everything else, and that

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT USE THIS VETERINARY CLINIC. We have taken our pets here for about a year, our last appointment they mistreated one of our dogs, even though they state they didn't. They had him restrained and didn't bother to come and get me to let me know he was worked up. He has NEVER been aggressive toward anyone or anyone at a vet that we have taken him to. They neglected to come and get me and notify me that he wasn't doing well and just proceeded to detain him. When I went into the room to check, because they finally came and got me after 10-15 min, he looked terrified. I don't know what they did to him, but I took him, told the staff I couldn't believe they didn't come get me and that they treated me and my pet that way. Very friendly and caring staff. They genuinely do care about the pets and their owners. We had some tests run on our cat, staff followed up multiple times to make sure she was recovering well. Unfortunately, we ended using their cremation service partner which was an outstanding service as well. We will be transferring our dog over for his next check up too.
