Absolutely awesome customer service and selection! After several visits to this location and a lot of questions and requests to the staff, I can confidently say that this is among the best customer service in town. The selection and deals are great and Concord offers rewards for loyalty. This is a great spot that I’ll continue to visit.

I have been to pet stores from Jersey to Florida, and I have to say Concord has the best stock of higher quality dog food I've ever come across. We feed our 2 pups a mix of dry and fresh food, and this store had brands that I have not seen before, & the brands that I may have come across once randomly, they have all of it in stock, as well as the more basic foods if thats what you are looking for. They also have a huge variety of treats for the pups. Ours are crossing that 6/7 years old mark, so we try to only give them healthy & tasty food & treats. The young man at the register was very polite and helpful. This will now be the only pet store I will frequent, as long as they don't mess with the formula. They have a real reward program also. Admittedly they sometimes have hard to find items but some of their prices are completely out of whack. Example: they sell Dr. Elseys cat litter (20 Lbs.) for about $30. Both Walmart and Tractor Supply have it for closer to $10, same exact item. TSC also has a 40 Lb. bag for about $16. I looked at a large cat scratching post there awhile back and Chewy had the same thing for way less than half. Shop around, people.

Absolutely wonderful! The cashier was so helpful and helped me in any way she could. I wish I had gotten her name because she definitely made my experience there a very nice experience. I even signed up to get exclusive offers. And look at their doggie treats!! How cool

They don't always have my brand of dogwood in stock. you can't just change your dog food. I buy natural balance. I buy 6 bags a months because I have 4 big dogs. They carry my brand but only have the right kind half the time.
