Complete Care Animal Hospital

My family recently had to put our sweet, 10 year old dog down due to her biting someone. The staff at complete animal care were some of the most compassionate, kind, and caring vet staff I have ever encountered. Our sweet girl had to be muzzled and they were so patient. I honestly can not recall names but the vet techs and doctor we had were honestly amazing. They made sure we had as much time as we needed to be with our girl after she was gone. No rushing , no time limit. Just pure understanding and love from the staff. I was told “she knows how much you love her” after crying about my sweet girl and even that small reassurance made me feel so thankful and cemented that we made the correct decision going with complete animal care for the passing of our sweet Dilly Girl. This was our first time at Complete Care and we loved it. Everyone super nice and made our visit very pleasant. Sammy who like to thank all of you especially Sierra for the cookies and snuggles and especially his new toy. Y'all are awesome

5 years ago, we brought our dog, Daisy, to Complete Care to see Dr. Rogers. She was having issues with hair loss, red skin, hair color changes, swelling, etc. She had already been to 2 different vets in the previous 2 years. 1 said she was experiencing allergies and so we treated that for months. The next said they weren't sure what was wrong. Dr. Rogers made a presumed diagnosis within about 10 seconds of seeing her. That diagnosis was confirmed with blood work. She then performed an intricate surgery that saved Daisy's life. Daisy is still going strong at the age of 14! Very grateful!

Dr Roger's is an expert in her field! She is very thorough and cares about my dogs health. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns even though I know she is always super busy! Her staff is also amazing! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I trust everyone there with my crew of dogs!

I am absolutely amazed at the callousness of this business and the lack of care our pet received. My husband brought our 2 year old cat to this office on the recommendation of others. Our male cat was exhibiting strange behavior after a male stray had been hanging around our house. I was concerned about his health and wanted him to be checked out. They did a urine test (the only paperwork I received when he arrived home) and I was told they were supposed to call us with blood test results. My poor cat was puking and I was concerned but told the vet assured my husband the cat would be fine. Four hours after that visit, we went to check on him only to find him dead. Four hours after being seen by this vet and told he was healthy, a little overweight (he was spoiled), and maybe getting a UTI.
