I came to this location for my 3 month old puppy. The first visit seemed ok, but the last two visits were either an issue or very disturbing. The first visit, they informed me she had an ear infection that was seriously bad on both ears, and gave me medication for me to apply. I tried, but had difficult time applying the medicine. The second time I visited this Vet, doctor told me her ears were still infected, I told him that I had difficulty applying the medicine, and he responded with, we have medication for her that can help heal her ears for 1 month. At that time I thought to myself, “Why wasn’t I recommended that option the first time, especially knowing how severe the ear infection was”. That is not the worse part of this story. The vet SUPPOSEDLY APPLIED THE 1 month medication.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience in this case. Over the years I’ve had increasingly disappointing visits with my dog at this hospital. The front desk staff is often unwelcoming and slow to acknowledge clients. Many of the vets/techs roughly handle the animals and make no effort to help them feel comfortable. My dog is already anxious about vet visits, and this approach only heightens her stress. It’s also been close to impossible to reach the office at times for follow-up questions about my dog’s care or copies of her records. While I believe the diagnoses and prescriptions have been accurate, the overall lack of compassion and attentiveness has made it clear that customer and animal care are not priorities here. I have been to this vet hospital/ office 3 times. The first visit my appt was with one of the owners he was awesome caring and charged me a fair price. Second time I was shuffled to another veterinarian and my experience was on the contrary a money grab. He frightened me into paying for a laundry list of products and services that we did not need. Ihave never had a vet take so much advantage of me. When I went back a third time in a emergency where my dog's face seemed a bit swollen I got the same guy again and he tried to work up my bill again and have me pay a $400 estimate which included a bunch of crap I didn't ask for or need. I ended up paying for the office visit and declining everything else he suggested because I was floored. Customers don't like feeling like they are being preyed

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this vet. From the beginning, it felt like their priority was making money rather than genuinely helping my pet. They pushed tests that didn’t seem necessary, and at my follow-up visit, the doctor referred to a prescription that was supposedly included in my first appointment—yet I was never given it. On top of that, I had an appointment scheduled for a later date, and when I showed up, they had no record of it. I ended up waiting nearly an hour just to be seen.
