Cold Blooded Kingdom

I visited Cold Blooded Kingdom with my sons (9 & 11) to scout a pet for them. The staff, especially Kyle, were fantastic. The shop is super clean, tons to explore visually and the prices fair. Being that the kids are young, they were super excited and had a million questions. Kyle allowed the boys to explore everything, hold certain reptiles and ask a million questions. He was patient and helpful. I felt his answers were honest and trusted that he was not steering me in a wrong direction for the purposes of a sale. He was great! My son chose a gargoyle gecko, despite wanting a chameleon. He loves his gecko. The custom tank is so amazing! What an awesome job creating a really interesting environment for the gecko. This place is awesome!!! Not only do they have a ton of cool reptiles and amphibians to look at and to purchase, they have all kinds of feeders, bugs, supplies and more. Plus the owners are really great guys who care about their animals tremendously and it shows. Always upgrading enclosures and building more displays. Everything is very clean. They treat you really good when you come into the shop too. We've always been helped without hesitation, all questions answered, and the guys love teaching the kids about the animals. They even let my snake loving daughter hold a ball python which she's wanted to do forever, and now she knows she wants one to be her next snake. Saw this shop driving to work one day and decided to check it out after reading all of the amazing reviews. I have a small bioactive terrarium that needed some more Isopods. I got the "Dairy Cow" variety and they are so lively and have great coloring. All of the reptiles in the store are in pristine health and have great terrariums. The ones that belong to the shop all have amazing well-suited names. I'm glad I took the time to visit and will definitely be back for more Isopods and perhaps a new creature to add to the collection. The clerk was kind and answered all of my questions as well.

Great place to visit, lots of critters to see. Wide variety of pets and supplies. The live food is much higher quality than I normally find at big box stores. Crickets are still alive!

I am so incredibly happy to find a local reptile shop in my area! It's a bit of a drive from me but it's def worth the trip. Not only do they have feeder mice and insects, but isopods, springtails, decor, lights, everything you need! I love seeing the custom backgrounds for all of their enclosures - you can definitely see the care and love given to these animals. Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful, and the store is clean. It's always fun to take a tour and see the beautiful animals living here. Cannot recommend this place enough!!
