Best Friends Pet Hotel

I have been boarding my dog and cat over at best friends for almost 2 years now. My dog Kilo has separation anxiety and he is a totally different dog when he comes! He absolutely loves the staff and adores going to doggy day camp. Everyone there takes such good care of my pets ❤️

I have been bringing my dogs to Best Friends in Huntington Valley for many years. The physical space is immaculate and well designed, the staff are extremely attentive to the dogs, are kind and courteous to me and the general running of the place is very efficient and professional. My dogs are boarded there when I travel and they go to doggy day care at least one day a week, which includes a dogs day camp. My dogs are totally at ease coming there. I am extremely grateful to one of their trainers (Mel) who has done wonders with my willful and high energy younger dog. The grooming services are fantastic. Best Friends has also bent over backwards to help when there were family medical emergencies, and we needed sudden dog care. The staff are truly best friends to my dogs, and to me.

We have used Best Friends Pet Hotel several times when we travel. Unlike previous kennels, they are capable of handling our dog. We have tried various kennels, who upon meeting our Belgian Malinois, claimed they couldn’t wait to have him. Each time, each kennel had difficulty with him. Other kennels also did individual play only with him. I assume they were afraid to allow him near other dogs. Best Friends did great with him! We heard of no such issues and he always seems fine when we pick him up. They do group play and individual with our dog. We also get photos throughout our dogs stay just showing what he’s been up to! I have been bringing my cat to Best Friemds for 3 years. She always seems glad to get there - she runs right over to the door where the cats stay and tries to let herself in. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The fairies are always clean.

I cannot recommend Mudd and Best Friends Pet Hotel enough! I brought in my fluffy Pomeranians, and from the moment we walked through the door, I knew they were in great hands. Mudd was incredibly professional, warm, and clearly experienced with small breeds like mine. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and the results were beyond my expectations. My Poms came out looking absolutely adorable 🥰 — their coats were perfectly trimmed, soft, and beautifully styled without being overdone. What impressed me the most was how calm and happy my fur babies were when I picked them up. It's clear they were treated with care and patience, which means everything to me as a pet parent.
