Best Vet in the Carbon Valley area! I drive by here on my way to golf all the time and we needed to get our Pancake (cat) in for some shots. We decided to try this place out because of a less than ideal experience at Pawz. That vet just wants to drug your cats up to do the simplest of procedures, insane. Anyway, not here! They were prompt, informative and were gentle and loving with Pancake. She was nervous at first, but got real comfortable as the staff was so sweet! We will be bringing our other cat here moving forward as well. This place truly knows how to take care of your animals and isn't just trying to squeeze dollars out of ya. I will say that dental cleaning quote was a shock, but the breakdown of the services was super helpful to figure out what I'm paying for exactly. Top notch

This place is amazing. They took us in after having a terrible experience with another vet. I really believe they saved my German Shepherd’s life. Dr. Pflueger was so kind in examining my anxious dog and taking the time to explain everything including all my options. Dr. Rushing was so kind in being willing to do an emergency surgery for him. They were very transparent with pricing and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Thank you to the entire staff, everyone was so kind to us at check in and check out.

We really can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is friendly, loves animals, and really knows their stuff. We LOVE Dr. Maddock, she's so knowledgeable and gentle with our dogs. Our dogs are like most: they aren't huge fans of visiting the vet; however, having many separate rooms and caring staff make it much less stressful for all parties involved. We have yet to use the pet stay services, but my mother has for her dog and had a great experience as well. Super reasonably priced and excellent amenities for the dogs!

After leaving another office in search of better care, I’m so glad I found Dr. Maddock and the amazing team at Coal Ridge Animal Hospital!! Because they are so compassionate, kind, and highly knowledgeable, I truly feel my 2 cats (Kaspurr and Lilly) are receiving the best care possible! I really appreciate the time the’ve taken to call me to discuss/explain, very thoroughly, any diagnosis/test outcomes or answer any other concerns and questions I’ve had. They are also willing to dispute/fight with the insurance company I’m dealing with so that’s says a lot!! I look forward to bringing my kitties back to receive ongoing care and support!! Thank you 😊
