CNY Canine Grooming

Our boy Beau was a 10 year old bath hating border collie when we took him to be groomed for the first time here at CNY Canine Grooming. He went one other time to another groomer in his life, but he acted like he did not have a good experience. I tried giving him baths at home, but I longed for him to get a professional bath and shave. We found the owner to be a canine compassionate groomer, She had him in and out within an hour and he looked so very handsome!! I brought him again six months later for a quick groom before winter so he could continue to be comfortable going to this location. Now we are eager to have him groomed for the summer during his scheduled appointment this week. I am writing this review to appeal to the dog owners of dogs who don’t like going for a grooming. It’s

Colleen is just fantastic! She took my scruffy old man and turned him into a beautiful pup! She's gentle, kind and patient and really knows what she's doing. Her prices are incredibly reasonable! I will def be going back when my little guy needs a trim :). I highly recommend Colleen and CNY Canine Grooming!

I used to like Colleen and her services until I found out she is greedy and rude. I accidentally over tipped her once and she refused to compensate me. Colleen immediately said to find another groomer and to stop harassing her.
