Dr. Parkinson was friendly and attentive to my dog. She introduced all the staff that would be working with my dog. Sarah the assistant was super friendly and professional as she went over the treatment plan. Carrie the technician handled my dog with care while giving vaccinations. It was wonderful experience to have so many people care for my dog as much as I do. Highly recommend this clinic to care for anyone’s fur baby.

I went to a previous vet in Brewerton for over 30 years. After they changed hands, I never felt they were thorough in their exams or sometimes that they even cared. At Cicero animal center, Dr. Cargil was awesome, she listened and actually felt and checked my sweet Fiona everywhere. Asked questions and LISTENED to me instead of questioning my questions. SO very Happy I changed Vet Practices. Thank you for actually caring!

Cicero Animal Clinic is such a breath of fresh air. The staff is super knowledgeable. Ive been looking for a vet that REALLY knows about ferrets for years and I am so happy to have found Dr. Cargill. She is great with my ferret Tamaki and really knows her stuff! The entire staff is friendly and super helpful. I can't say enough good things about Cicero Animal Clinic!

Ginger is the first rescue dog I've had and my first time dealing with severe pup anxiety. That being said, going to the vet has been a huge source of anxiety for both Ginger and myself. Cicero Animal Clinic has completely changed that!! Their staff is so compassionate, understanding, and patient with Ginger. They are amazing at walking me through my options and truly trying everything to make the vet a more enjoyable experience. Additionally, waiting in the car instead of the waiting room and paying in the exam room both can be very helpful for anxious pups. Most recently, Ginger hurt her paw and the staff were able to schedule an appointment the same morning, taking care of her quickly and compassionately. Joining the Cicero Animal Clinic practice has been a huge relief.

I’m pleased with the care I get here for Sunshine. They also pointed out heart issues and helped guide me to get to a cardiologist promptly for specialized care.
