We are thoroughly impressed with Jessica’s skill and care in grooming our Yorkshire Terriers. We have benefited from Cloud 9 Canine’s services for over 15 years. We LOVE Jessica and Cloud 9 Mobile Pet Salon. I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about her! We have a 16 year old Cairn Terrier/Poodle mix named Yoda. We used to take Yoda to a pet store salon, but the minute we pulled into the parking lot he would be an anxious mess, so we started looking into mobile grooming services and found Cloud 9 and Jessica. We found Jessica 3-4 years ago and have never turned back. Yoda is not anxious about grooming at all anymore and he looks forward to seeing Jessica. Of course, it's also awesome and convenient that she comes to us so he is never more that 25 feet away from our front door. Jessica goes above and beyond with her knowledge and care. She has advised us on skin conditions, products, solutions and many facets of Yoda's grooming. Sh

We have used Jessica for all three of our dogs spanning 18 years. She is fantastic with each one and it is clear that she loves what she does! We tried many groomers but Jessica is by far the best. She is calm and loving with each of our dogs and they come out of her van looking and smelling great! Jessica has groomed my dogs for years. I had a frail Bichon that Jessica used her special brand of TLC to successfully groom her for years. Today Jessica groomed my rescue who is sweet but also afraid of loud noises. I had tried to get him groomed unsuccessfully and turned to Jessica for help. Once again she used her special brand of TLC to groom my sweet boy. He looks amazing and he did very well with her. I took his picture and I kid you not, you can see the smile on his face. I am writing this on behalf of my mom. She has known Jessica for about 18 years and she loves her! She does an amazing job on her current dogs, Sophie and Gracie, and they both love her! They run right to her van every time she comes. I also think she is pretty amazing. After my mom’s dog’s grooming she comes to the door with treats and even gives one to my little pup. She really is the best!
