Toni, did a beautiful job on my Pom Poo. I couldn't believe how good my dog "Mia" looked. It was an excellent experience, and so complete!!! Toni is very experienced and she made me feel confident in her ability.

Although she did a good job, I could not connect with her afterwards to get my grooming video back from her. I had a dog show coming up and I wanted to groom him myself and I would have gone any where to pick up my video and she said she'd drop it off but never would. I called her in tears saying that I needed it and when and where was she so I could pick it up!! My dog show came and went and she never made time to get my grooming video back to me. I finally emailed her with my address and asked her to please mail it to me. That was months ago and I've never heard from her since. I'm certainly not going to spend $75 in small claims court for a $50 video but the fact I could never get it back really disturbs me about the way she runs her business. Too bad because she was really good

My dogs love Toni and we do too! Our Bailey used to be a mess whenever we took him to get a nail trim. Now that we have Toni, he’s such a good boy.

Over a month wait for her to groom and bathe a dog. I’d prefer to use local small businesses, but guess I’ll use PetSmart again.
