I took my Cavapoo here for the first time and couldn’t be happier! I honestly don’t understand the 1-star reviews, my experience was excellent from start to finish. Jorge was so kind and gentle with my dog, who’s a rescue. I wasn’t even sure how to describe the kind of cut I wanted, but he somehow knew exactly what to do. When I picked him up, I was amazed, I didn’t even know my dog could look that good! You can tell they truly care about the dogs and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

I have been for a reliable groomer around the area for a while and finally a I decided to take my 3 year old Pomeranian to clip & scissors. I decided to go in and make the appointment in the person so I can also see the place , once I get there I was greeted by Jorge and I was able to book appointment right away on reasonable price of 65$ per trim (plus tip). I arrived 15 min before my appointment and I was greeted by Jorge again and I explained him how I wanted the hair cut for my dog , he greeted my dog and asked me to be back in 2 hours. Jorge is a great groomer and he gave a great haircut to my dog , he also made sure the nails were trimmed. My dog came out looking sharp and soft and most importantly he came out happy. Jorge is the best groomer in CT. I've been going to him for about 7 years or so to bring my Layla girl !

We have been bringing our dog here for years and the grooming has been solid but the last 2 times we’ve tried to bring him during agreed upon appointment times, the groomer has simply not showed up and we’ve had to wait, try to reach him, then turn around and go home. So unfortunate, but the groomer is no longer reliable.

This was my dogs first haircut, when I picked him up he was calm, wasn't nervous and looked great! Jorge did an excellent job!
