Clip & Cuddles

I have thought about not posting this, but I think it’s well deserved.This is a picture of the last groomer that groomed him VS the pictures on the right he looks traumatized. It looked like they didn’t even put a guard on the clippers, cut down to the skin. He was crying all night and even the next day. They cut him as you can see in this picture .I dropped him off at 8am called at 1:00 to check on him she said they were just now giving him a bath. It was around 2 something that they called for me to pick him up. I had to give him a bath because he stunk and he was so thirsty. I don’t know what they did to him, but he has been so scared. I feel so bad for taking him there. Never Again.!!! Paid 65 plus only a 5$ tip which they didn’t deserve a penny.

Sharing the picture of how her previous groomers did the job vs how this groomer did it. Just DON’T go to this place and run in the reverse direction, if you can. Save your hard earned bucks and spare your dogs from a traumatising experience(they keep the dogs for 6 hours and provide such a poor service). My dog is such a good girl and has been to various groomers before who have always appreciated her good temperament, but the ladies in here did a horrendous job and when we complained of how horrible our baby hair cut looked, the only excuse they gave us was that my baby was not cooperating. The fact is that they don’t know their job. They were just not sorry instead kept arguing.

Worst grooming experience! These people have no idea how to groom a dog. I gave them pictures. She has razor marks, areas missed. She was shaven even though i didn’t want that. Left messages. Nobody would call me back for a refund. Wish i could leave less than a 1 star review!

They are very good with my puppy and now my grandpuppy ad well. I love it here!
