Jeff’s did a terrific job with our rescue dog. This little guy was living underneath abandoned cars in a parking lot and it took us two months to trap him. He was pretty feral. But now he’s a suburban pet and happy to be so! They did a really terrific job with him. Midas, the wonder dog says, thanks! by the way, they couldn’t give him a cairn terrier cut because his hair was so matted.

My Jester LOVES to go there-he trots in happily, head and tail high, excited to see the ladies who treat him so well! They do an incredibly good job on him. Well groomed, nails short, , lots of attention, they make him think he's a king! I'm sure glad we found them (so is Jester!) & will continue to go there until the day they shut their doors! I highly recommend them. Prices are great, as is staff. Parking isn't a problem.

I called to make an appointment for my Shih Tzu. Initially when I called, the woman who answered the phone was very impersonal and seemed like the fact that I was calling offering to pay for a service was the most inconvenient thing I could have done for her BUSINESS. I was quoted $55 for a base groom, which included bath, cut, blow dry, nails, and ears. I had weird vibes the moment I hung up, but they were closest to me and had mostly good reviews, so I just assumed she was having a bad day. Fast forward to when I called to confirm my appointment myself the week of, it was the same, annoyed, monotonous tone, and I was spoken to like I was an idiot because I wanted to make sure I had the correct date and time so I didn’t miss the appointment. My appointment was that same week and since I w
