Clinton Pet Vet

I have had a very rough past six months where I had a tragic house fire and have been living in a camper. We lost so many pets but fortunately we had run a cat rescue before the fire and several cats survived. We had a kitten who was only 4 weeks old who was attacked by another cat. Obviously money was tight and I begged so many places to please just help my kitten and I could definitely do payments and every vet said no!! They are supposed to be animal lovers but money is more important than a kittens life. Well not at Clinton pet vet!!! They took my kitten and gave him meds to get better and then the vet waived my fee because of my circumstances. Never will I take my animals any where else. God bless them. Five stars for a vet that puts the animals first.

I can not say enough about Clinton Pet Vet. The veterinarian, the techs, the staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. A great group of caring, compassionate and devoted people, not just for personal pets, but rescue animals as well. They do not hesitate to help when needed. We recently had a post on and lost and found page that a stray cat needed medical help. A young female cat with a serious prolapse. They immediately offered help from an hour away. This cat would not have gotten a chance without their help. The cat is doing well and has a foster/potential home. Every animal deserves a chance, and they were able to give Callie that chance. Highly recommend!

We have four cats so going to the vet is usually an expensive, stressful experience. Clinton pet vet was easy to schedule with us and handled our cats with so much care and attention. They're also much more affordable than other vets in the area. I'm so glad we picked them!

We had an appointment scheduled with Clinton Pet Vet on October 6, 2025. We attempted to cancel the appointment over the weekend, but there was no answering machine or voicemail available to leave a message. We also never received a confirmation call, which would have allowed us to cancel directly. Despite our effort to cancel in advance, the clinic sent us a bill for a missed appointment and refused to remove the charge when we called to explain. The representative we spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive, and when we requested to speak with a supervisor, we were told the person would not be available until Wednesday. Additionally, even established clients are being told that sick-visit appointments are booked three to four weeks out, which is completely unacceptable for pets needing

My daughter was really upset about her Cat's incision opening up and that it started to bleed and she also thought the cat had an infection from being neutered back on July 30th 2025 from this practice. She called to see if she can bring the cat back in for a follow up regarding the cat's incision opening up. The person on the phone was so awfully rude to both of us and she was more concerned that we took her last emergency appointment and made it very clear that we would have to pay the emergency fee of $200.00. Where’s the compassion? My daughter and I were very concerned about the cat and we did the right thing by calling you and bringing her back in. We were under the impression since the cat was neutered at your practice and she had complications we can call and bring her back. Not
