Clearlake Animal Hospital has been nothing short of incredible, and I can’t thank them enough for the compassion and care they’ve shown my family and our dogs. When we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our dog down, their bedside manner was truly outstanding. They spoke to us gently, treated our boy with dignity, and made sure we never felt alone through any part of that moment. Their genuine kindness and the remorse they showed, especially knowing we’d lost another dog just a couple of months earlier to a what we think was a sudden heart attack, meant more than I can put into words. Every single appointment you arrive and we are taken right into the room. Dr. McCormick is extremely knowledgeable, but is also nice and caring during the care of Nibbles. The doctor has been in the area for a long time, this is her community and her own practice. No major corporation to keep up with. I was not able to make in time to pick up medication before they closed and they went out of their way to have my medication in a safe place for pick up. It’s affordable, all the staff are caring and patient. We live not far away in a new community and would highly suggest this practice to anyone. Nibbles felt well enough to eat dinner with us.

The Clearlake Animal Hospital team is superb. They have taken excellent care of both of our dogs for some time now and we highly recommend them. They are caring, efficient, explain things thoroughly, and have given our boys excellent care. All at a reasonable price.

New to the area and called around 6-7 places and it was Clearlake that was able to see my sweet girl same day as a new patient. This was the only place that called me back and said we will take you same day. In edition, the service from the tech and doctor are just top notch. They are very kind and sweet. I would highly recommend this place. Both appointments, I walked right into the exam room and no waiting. Truly a hometown Animal Hospital feel and hospitality. Thank you!
