We love Dr. Riley! My dog was neutered a few weeks ago and had some bad swelling from the procedure after removing a mass. They went above and beyond to take good care of my guy! He’s all healed and doing great. All of the staff is great and make you feel so comfortable!

My dog Charlie is 14 years old and had diarrhea for a couple of days with blood in stool. My regular vet was not there that day but I got him in with a different vet. We waited past appointment time. They told me there was an emergency that took longer than they thought. This visit went smoothly they gave me meds for Charlie and he is healing. Most of my visits before finding Dr. Gordon have not been the best. This time was okay.

I can't say enough great things about this place. They have been amazing working with my epileptic dog and working around my budget at every wellness visit. But most recently, we had a very traumatic incident with our cat that went missing for almost 2 months. She was brought to an emergency vet on a Sunday where we had a horrific experience and had to walk out. I called Parkway first thing in the morning and was met with nothing but compassion and empathy. Unfortunately, we had to make the decision to put our cat to sleep, which they handled with incredible grace. We were not rushed through the process, asked any imposing questions, and they offered a casket and ink print of her little nose and paws included in the euthanization. And today, I received a sympathy card from the staff person

The facility's spotlessness is noteworthy. The staff is remarkably knowledgeable, compassionate, and welcoming. Dr. Burger is an outstanding veterinarian, celebrated for his kindness, skill, and expertise - the pinnacle of his profession, I refuse to go anywhere else! Over the past 15 + years, he has provided exceptional care to three of my dogs. I believe his services are reasonably priced. Recently, while awaiting my dog's appointment, I overheard a lady praise Dr. Burger, saying, 'I absolutely love that man.' I am in agreement with her sentiments. Thank you Parkway for all you do.

I had my cat at an emergency vet the night before, they got me in right away when I called in the morning. I was nervous about the cost (my cat had a urinary block). They took care of him quickly and I could not believe the price! It was very affordable (never thought I’d say that about vet care). The receptionist who scheduled me was amazing, the vet tech called with multiple updates throughout the day and the vet was caring and throughly explained things in a way I could understand. I ended up spending about a tenth of what I was quoted from the other vet and this was with the prescription food. Great all around! Thank you to everyone at Parkway!
