Very Clean And Professional Environment For Any Fur BB. The Service Is TOP NOTCH! They Do Advise That You Call/Come In Early For It's A First Come, First Serve Outfit. The Care They Give To The Fur BBs Is Amazing Compared To The Prices They Charge. Keep Up The Great Service 👍👍

I brought my puppy here for his first grooming and they were very kind and we're able to get him in on short notice. Unfortunately they gave him a cut I did not want. He is a miniature schnauzer and they gave him a typical schnauzer cut, but they photo I showed was not nearly the same as how he came out. Friendly staff but need to work better on communicating please. Editing my previous review as now my puppy has an ear infection due to the negligence he experienced at this location. The ear infection was caused by water entering his ears while bathing him now I am at the vet with a almost $400 bill infront of me and a very hurt and sad puppy. UPDATE Called to let manager become aware of situation and she started with she has worked in this business for over 20 years and she stated she

Very rude. Would not even allow me to schedule an appointment a month out. Just told me to call back in 3 weeks. I suppose if I called in 3 weeks they would be booked up again. With that lack of costumer service I’m glad I didn’t get an appointment.

Lovely lady, very friendly and affordable . She does an amazing job . Love how my dog Dora comes out with her new look!
