5/5 Review after around 10 or so visits between 3 cats over the past 2 years. I want to start off by admiring how quickly they answer their phone calls, something we’ve had tremendous issues with at our previous vets. From our experiences, the vet techs have been very gentle and kind with our pets and the vet responsive to our questions and walking us through options for our pets. We’ve not had issues with them trying to push any unnecessary shots or medications. Dr Singh has been our primary veterinarian and has been fantastic. Would definitively recommend this place for any pet parents. Here are some pics of our cats somewhat enjoying their visit, which were never long.

Dr. Singh and his veterinary staff are amazing. All of them are very kind, caring and compassionate first and foremost the pets and also to the fur parents. I have a senior age cat that I brought in during the fall to address a sinus issue which resolved with the prescribed treatment. I brought him back in shortly after Christmas because he was really not doing well and gave me quite a scare. I had gone into the vet expecting to say good bye to my best friend of 14 years that day. Dr. Singh gave an examination and came up with a treatment plan to see how he would respond. My cat has responded well to the prescribed treatments. Dr Singh is the absolute best veterinarian we have come across. We swithed to his vet because we have a dog now 17 years old and still going had genetic seizures. Dr Singh was the most knowledgeable about seizures and what to do when they occur and not to panic or stress. He also found our vet at Rocky Gorge we took all our pets to for over 40 years had prescribed the seizure booster but never prescribed the actual seizure medicine causing our dog to continue having bad seizure episodes. Our dog has only had a few very mild episodes under his care since. He also cared for our other dog just over 16 years that had bladder cancer over 10 years. Dr. Davani is fantastic. She explained everything thoroughly and was so kind with our cat. This whole practice is staffed by really wonderful people and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the doctor. He’s great and thorough, very good at explaining things. I wish I could say the same about the front desk staff. Every time I call, they sound completely annoyed, like I’m bothering them because I have a question. Half of the time they offer to call me back and rarely do, I have to call them. There is one girl at the front desk who is great and I wish I could remember her name but other than that, I’ve had nothing but negative attitudes when I call. Disappointing because I like the doctor but I think I’ll find a different vet.
