Class Act Pet Grooming

Class Act Clips is the very best in grooming that we have ever been to. My dog is difficult to handle but the owner knows exactly how to care for him. It is simply trust that has been developed over time that my dog has experienced. My dogs jump for joy when we go to the salon and can’t wait to get inside!

Overall I am highly unimpressed but feel like this is what I get for a $40 groom. My yorkie is COVERED in left over hair from his cut which left myself and my car cover in hair from a dog that doesn’t even shed. He is uneven all over with random long chunks around his face and legs. I specifically asked for the legs and face to be left longer but trim between the eyes and “cleaned up”. Photos for reference of what I asked for (dog on the right with dark hair) and what I received. The groom was obviously rushed and I would NOT recommend this groomer. I’m disappointed with how hideous he is. Do not use this groomer.

These guys are great. My cavapoo’s hair had gotten too long and started to mat. They were able to get his hair cut and put me on a schedule to keep him looking good. They were very good to me and my dog.

We were able to get our mini aussie in next day! He looked so amazing and he was so well taken care of. The groomer even double and triple checked if I wanted his chest cut down more, and did it to my liking! Such a wonderful hidden gem

I have taken my dog(s) to Class act for 8+ years. Randy is a phenomenal groomer from the services provided to how he treats my animals. I cannot say enough how appreciative I am for that time. That being said, as Class Act has transitioned to another groomer (Briana) my dog has had more and more behavior concerns while being groomed. I haven’t questioned it too much- I’ve given this dog a bath, I know how he can be. I began to hear second hand accounts from other customers of Class Act that Briana would behave with hostility toward my dog and speak poorly of him to other people/ customers while working. If she did not want or feel safe to groom him anymore because he was difficult - SAY SO. PROS: moderately good at cutting hair CONS: impatient, poor communication, doesn’t trim nails
