I was so scared that my baby stopped eating and wasn't doing well at all. We had passed the 24-hour mark of her not being herself. I called, and Chris answered. He took care of my worries and helped me make a decision by giving me an estimate of what it would cost just to check her, which helped me make the decision to go. And I thank God I went and got her seen. When I went in, I saw the tech. She was so sweet and gentle. I explained what happened, how I got her, and how much love we have for her, and they helped me calm down and find the help I needed for her. Dr. Elena Shirley was amazing; she helped with Tita, treated her like her own baby, and Tita even surprised her by being on her best behavior. She got an IV infusion, three shots to stop the infection, the nausea, and to avoid the

I’ve bred, trained, and traveled through the states, and fostered more pups than I can count. I have met and worked with many veterinary professionals but none have ever stood out like Dr Elena Shirley and her staff! The establishment is super clean and even discuss pricing ahead of time so no surprises when leaving. But the most important part was the way my pups and my self were treated. They were very honest and explained everything. If the problem is out of Dr Shirley’s training she will make sure your pet gets to the correct specialist while still doing all she can To help. Her staff members are highly skilled, friendly, and always willing to help. They treat your pets only with kindness, compassion, and respect. She is my number one ONE vet of choice! Thank You, Dr. Shirley and St

I am the mom of a 15 year old Yorkie, Simon. Through all of his years we have seen many vets. Dr. Shirley and Amber have been the best duo for little Simon. They are always so thorough and help me understand what’s going on. Dr. Shirley always makes sure to explain things to me in both the detailed medical format but also laymans terms that I can understand. They genuinely care for my boy and that is all I could ever ask for. I feel confident in their abilities and have no hesitation in taking him there when he needs it.

Incredible! The entire team is phenomenal. My pup is a larger stronger dog that likes to wrestle away during any exam. They were extremely patient and made sure the dog was comfortable and not stressed. It was very evident all the staff understood how to read different animas and did not push if the dog was uncomfortable. Highly recommend.

I seldom write a review unless I am overwhelmingly satisfied or unbearably disappointed. 2 days ago I brought my Yorkie into CityVet for a physical exam as I was instructed to, 2 weeks after her spay. Immediately, when I walked into the room I recognized the vet assisting my dog was not the vet I usually see here at CityVet. However, nonetheless that did not matter to me as I believed surely the same care would be provided. My dog’s exam finished and I went home and during her bath I noticed localized redness above her genitalia. I called CityVet & asked for a complimentary exam to be redone as soon as possible as we had just left the clinic and this was definitely appearing as a non-recent finding. I shared over that call that I was deeply embarrassed as the owner to have missed this, but
