An unexpected backyard injury sent me scrambling as my vet recently relocated. A magical fairy directed me to CityVet | Chamblee, next to Publix in Chamblee Plaza. Dr. Bradley and her team took my pup (and his gnarly, deep dermal wound) in immediately. They treated him with skill, kindness, and zero hesitation. Two weeks later, he was off the injured reserve and back to playing catch. This is Dr. Bradley’s practice, not full stop venture capital stuff. She’s the proprietor, the veterinarian, and the heart behind every visit. The whole staff is rad—friendly, patient, and clearly love what they do. I want to share our experience with this clinic during a very difficult emergency involving our baby, Stella. Although it is with great sadness that Stella passed away, I cannot express enough how compassionate, kind, and supportive the entire staff was during every moment we were there. From start to finish, we were treated with understanding and genuine care, which made an incredibly painful situation a little more bearable. Dr. Lauren Bradford was especially compassionate and attentive, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone facing an emergency or any veterinary situation. The level of care, empathy, and professionalism we experienced truly made a difference during one of the hardest moments of our lives. 🤍🐾

This particular CityVet location it's probably one of the best veterinary groups I've ever experienced. Their staff has a personality that you want to experience as a customer, and most importantly makes you feel assured and confident that your pet baby will be well taken care of. I am SO thankful for great experience's like this that remind you, excellent customer service and care is not completely lost. My back is hurting me today so we were running late for Beaux's appointment. I called, we gently discussed the adjustment; they were flexible and patient, took care of Beaux quickly and I even got a cup of coffee in the process. LOVE Dr Bradley! In today’s world of veterinary medicine where Things are pushed on you as owners, the dollar seems to be the most important, and bedside manner is rushed to say the least, Dr Bradley is not that! She listens, takes her time and doesn’t push unnecessary procedures/tests, etc. I fully trust her with my personal fur family members and foster animals alike!

I brought our senior girl Gracie in for her annual checkup. Dr. Bradshaw and Autumn were so good with her. The waiting area and rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the front desk team was friendly. This is our first visit, but we’ve been clients of Dr. ed Bradford and Dr. Bradley at their previous practices and have received great, compassionate care. We’ll be back!
