City Way Animal Clinics - Irvington

I cannot say enough amazing things about this vet clinic! They always treat my corgis like VIPs (Very Important Pups). Lumi and Leica absolutely adore the team, especially Cassie, Faith, and Dr. Jones. The staff always goes the extra mile, whether it’s offering gentle reassurance, explaining everything in a way that makes sense, or giving the girls a few extra treats just for being cute. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in every interaction: warm, gentle, upbeat, and always willing to go above and beyond. If you want a vet who treats your pets like family and leaves you smiling, this is the one. Highly, highly recommend! 🐾❤️

Irvington location: Very friendly, compassionate, patient, great with my wee 5# chihuahua, and answered all questions! I’m so happy I came to City Way and am confident my pets will be very well treated and taken care of! The Fall Creek location is just as wonderful!

My cat has chronic kidney failure and has to have subQ fluids injected twice a week. I have gone to have one of the vet techs, Steph, help my cat with subQ fluids. She’s always been very good with him and has been able to handle with without being affraid (he’s definitely a talker!) She’s made us feel welcomed everytime.

We take our three dogs to see Dr. Jones at City Way - Irvington, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. She is wonderful with our pups and always takes the time to thoroughly answer our questions about their health. The rest of the clinic staff are just as impressive—friendly, helpful, and always prompt in meeting our needs. The level of attention and compassion they provide makes every visit a positive experience. Their prices are worth it for the exceptional care and service their entire team delivers.

Katie is the best! I have two Maltese dogs that I have groomed at the same time, as they don't do well separately. Both have some spots they don't enjoy having touched (one feet, one ears). Katie has built a solid bond with both dogs, has learned their quirks, and they are no longer terrified to be dropped off for a grooming appointment. They both always look perfect when I pick them up and are so proud to show off their fresh cuts and bandanas! Grooming used to be as stressful for me as it was for them... Not anymore!! Highly recommend!!
