City Paws Urgent Care

I’ve never been anything short of impressed when bringing my pups to City Paws! Recently, our young dog, Donut, was experiencing a respiratory illness. While we had an appointment with her regular vet on the calendar, she started to have trouble breathing and was lethargic. We took her to CityPaws first thing on a Sunday morning and they immediately identified she was suffering from pneumonia. They realized she needed to be hospitalized and made the arrangements with their ER/Hospital to have her transferred. They took the time to get her ready for everything she would need for a quick intake at the hospital and kept us informed of what they were doing (and were transparent about the cost too). Been here several times with all 4 of our pets and they've been great every time. It's nice that even when they are busy they get you into a comfortable room pretty quickly so you can wait in peace and your pet can calm down a little if needed. They've patched up my babies well every time and been very caring and empathetic when news was bad.

Brought my dog in last night. The staff was very friendly, they checked us in quickly. The vet saw us quickly. They provided an estimate that I agreed to, and that's what I paid. They were helpful with aftercare information. I don't like their hours, this would definitely be my first choice is they had more availability. Way better experience than Neel.

Highly recommended! Came in at 9pm and they took real good care of my puppy. Explained everything that they thought could be wrong and what the treatment was for it. Gave me the price upfront and let me choose from some options that was going to easy my mind. 100% would go back!

Had to take my Frenchie here for an eye injury. They’re super affordable for an emergency vet!! They were absolutely amazing, fantastic customer service, extremely informational. Facility was extremely clean! I hope I don’t have to return, but if the need arises this will be my go to! 10/10 recommend!
