City Bark Lodo

We have two little dachshunds and had never boarded them before, so I was very anxious about leaving them anywhere other than with friends or family. From the moment we brought them to City Bark - LoDo, the experience was fantastic. After their initial evaluation day, I felt so much more at ease. The team provided updates through daily “paw-gress reports,” and they have live webcams where you can check in on the different play areas—so you can see what your pup is up to almost anytime. Anyone who owns dachshunds knows they can be a bit stubborn but also incredibly loving. I really felt like the team understood their personalities and knew exactly how to handle them, which meant a lot to me. If we ever need boarding again, this will absolutely be the place we go.

I dropped my dogs off today for their evaluation. I am so appreciative and grateful to Ryan for showing us around and making us feel at ease. I have three dogs with three very different personalities and he was able to help/show us different options for each of them. Ryan was really very great and I’m excited to see how they do today. Thank you again for your help. I am so comfortable knowing they’re in good hands.

I take my sweet Koji in to get his nails trimmed and they are always so kind! He doesn’t love getting his nails trimmed but leaves happy every time :) Hoping to be able to get him in for day care soon, the girl (sorry I didn’t get your name!) at the front explained all of their services and how they’ve helped other dogs thrive which made me feel great about the option of taking him there! Also spoke with Ryan who explained their focus on enrichment activities which was also great to hear. Thank you City Bark team!

From the moment I walked in Jonathan (The GM) was so kind and gracious. He gave me a full tour of every square foot of the center. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the staff disciplines... Toby has had nothing but a wonderful time here every time he boards.

Excellent service, the staff is fully trained, a very clean place, my dogs were completely beautiful, I give it five stars and I completely recommend the place, it is a very clean, organized place and very good complete service.🐶💕🫶
