Doug, the owner, was polite and courteous on the front end. But never responded to the seven phone calls and messages regarding furniture and carpet installation I left for him over a 2 month period. I don’t understand why. I was a cash sale and have a sophisticated Victorian home that I was remodeling to make modern. I found most of the items I was looking to buy at Doug’s store on wayfair.com at a third of the price. Which tells me his merchandise is cheap quality but looks really good. And at Doug’s prices they are three times the amount. Buyer beware with this local charlatan.

Simply the best.
