Boxers Bed & Biscuits

We highly recommend Boxers Beds! Our special needs dog and cat, both with cerebellar hypoplasia, receive top-notch attention and care during boarding and daycare visits. The staff are so understanding of their disabilities and different needs. We have utilized boarding services numerous times and we have never encountered any issues. Our dog sttends daycare a few times a month and they adore him and spoil him. You can tell the staff absolutely love animals. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and fun, with webcams that allow us to monitor our pets. Their Facebook is regularly updated with photos and videos of the animals and they have fun events at times.

I’ve been bringing my dogs to Boxers Bed & Biscuits for quite a while, and they absolutely love it here — the care staff are great. But I have to be honest: the front desk manager, John, is a serious problem. He’s consistently rude and condescending, not only to customers but to his own coworkers. I’ve seen him belittle employees right in front of guests, and I’ve overheard him gossiping more than once while I was waiting for my dog. It’s disappointing because the rest of the team clearly works hard and loves the animals, but the toxic attitude coming from management really drags the place down. If my dogs didn’t enjoy it here so much, I’d have already taken them elsewhere. This place needs a complete Overhaul on management, especially since the owners are never there to keep Employees in

What a great place. Staff is so friendly and I can't say enough about the Band of Canines training. So good and so helpful. They teach so much but you must put in the work to with your dog. Thanks Amanda and team.
