Great customer service and excellent products, but I miss being able to take my puppy there for nail trims. They stopped offering that service. She loved walking around and choosing her own snacks.

Friendly and helpful. Great place with lots of selection. The pet wash is well thought out and very easy to use. A pet oasis on the west side!

Called to see if I could use the pet wash for my spicy kitty. They were quick to get me in and it is set up so nicely! Individual rooms and deep tubs that allowed me to contain my cat safely! The lady even showed me how she did it with a rescue cat awhile back to make the process easier. We will be back! Thank you again!

Happened across this place when wandering in Wichita. SO glad I stopped...wish I lived closer. They have a WIDE range of yummy, chewy, crunchy safe doggo treats (and it looked like cat stuff too, but DOGS RULE). I also found ice cream for my dog, that I have not been able to find since I lived in NY!! Lots to find and a nice local shop vibe. Staff was attentive, not overbearing and appeared knowledgeable. (** I was just kidding about maybe saying Dogs are better than Cats. I love cats too! Don't hurt me)

Such a cool local pet store. Great selection. Very knowledgeable staff who truly care for animals. They also foster cats here and they treat them so wonderfully! I give them all the business I can!! Great plce for pet shopping!
