My dog was boarded, & (within state safety regulations) every attempt to accommodate her with comfort. Very clean. Kennel staff naturally engaged with my pet. That's reassuring that my pet will have plenty of socialization to help her not feel anxiety over new place/new faces than what she's accostomed to at home. I will choose Choices next time we need to board.
