Pricing is reasonable. It's clean. But what keeps me going back instead of ordering from Chewy is the staff. They're just incredible. They're so helpful. They're so nice. They genuinely like animals. I don't know how this store found such exceptional staff.

I don't understand why this store is constantly freezing. My dog literally shivers in this store. GREAT staff. GREAT store. Why is it so cold?! Edit: Perfect. A response confirming that it's set to a locked 66. Do you realize what it feels like in that store when it is -5 degrees out? How obnoxious. There's no way 'managers' there can change it, because they wouldn't be standing there in their coats shivering like I was if they could.

The self Dog Grooming area is Beautiful! Very clean and so much easier than trying to do it at home in the bathtub. They are elevated, so much easier on your back. They supply the soap and 2 towels. The water was easily regulated to warm. They also have a very nice blow Dryer, so you can dry your Dog prior to going outside in the cold. I don’t know the names of the two young men working tonight, but they were very helpful and both were very sweet with Willow. Willow also loves the snacks that you can buy there.

Came here trying to find some treats that my dog approves of lol unfortunately they didn’t have them in stock but FORTUNATELY Cole was working and went above and beyond to help me order them and have them delivered to the location closest to us. Cole was so helpful and understanding that I have an older dog with sensitive teeth and helped me find the right kind of snack. This store based on Cole alone deserves 5 stars. Very clean very helpful and I am very appreciative.
