The staff here are fantastic everyone is so friendly and helpful. As a Bulldog mama I have grown to dread going to the vet this breed tends to come with a lot of expensive issues. The Dr at Brook farm was so nice and down to earth. He kept it real Odes has typical Bulldog ears very infected. The surprising part was the Dr said we'll do our best to treat it but it's most likely going to come back and he said he would give me tips to take care of it on my own after treatment so I don't have to come back constantly. I am used to being prescribed the most expensive medicine and told to keep coming back until we get it. I am so impressed by this place they really put the patient (animal) ahead of everything and keep it affordable. This will 100% be our new vet. I highly recommend them if your f

The staff is amazing! They are sweet and really care about you and your pet’s comfort. Dr. Kanouse has an absolutely wonderful bedside manner. The fear free approach to veterinary medicine is so refreshing. When my oldest dog passed the staff went out of their way during my grieving process. I can’t say enough good things about Brook Farm. Thank you for all you do!

My 11 year old dog needed dental surgery. Dr. Hillyard and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were patient with my questions and so sweet with my dog. Dr called me herself to let me know my dog came out of the surgery ok and was doing well. During a stressful event with my four legged family member, they gave me the peace of mind I needed and took great care of my pet. Very thankful for the team at Brook Farm!

I haven’t been in to Brookfarm Veterinary Center to see Dr Evan Kanouse in over ten years. I recently adopted a puppy and never thought twice about where I would bring Bella for her medical needs. We just had Bella’s first appointment. The center is just as I remembered it. The facility is very clean, employees are knowledgeable, friendly and they love each and every pet that comes through the door. Dr. Kanouse and his technician were both very thorough with their questions and exam, getting her the vaccines she needed. They made Bella feel welcomed and at ease. I highly recommend bringing your furry family members in to see Dr Kanouse for any of their needs.
