Choice Pet - Old Saybrook

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to the staff at the Old Saybrook location. Crystal, Ash, and Katie have been there for my family’s and I pet emergencies or crazy situations that we didn’t know how to sort through! I noticed a lot of retail stores have a lot of turnover and every time you go into a store it’s a new face and new employees! I love the fact that the manager who is working there has been with the company for years, and I make sure to thank her every time we come in and I see her because it’s nice to have that stable reliable relationship being built! Your very lucky to have her and Thank you choice pet for hiring these knowledgeable, kind, caring people who make it a very enjoyable experience to come in and shop even! I have referred all my family and friends

This store is AMAZING- I’m dog sitting for my brother and Shelby my brothers German shepherd was in dire need of a bath! Not only is the store beautiful and beyond clean for a pet store but the self serve baths are a life saver! The price was amazing and the manager was beyond helpful and nice! Not to mention Shelby got a pup cup on her way out and a little treat bag with a meal mixer and dental treat in it from Stella and chewy’s!!?!? I Absolutely recommend anyone with a pet to visit! 10 outta 10!

My family and I came into Choice Pet, the Old Saybrook location for the first time today and we were delighted to say the least. My family and I personally shopped at Smithland but since they closed down we were concerned we would have to end up going to a place like Petco but my cousin informed me of Choice Pet and I couldn’t be any happier! We are getting a new puppy and I just wanted to see all the new items they have now a days and not only was the store beautifully put together and clean but the stock was amazing! I don’t think there was something they didn’t have! The manager, Crystle greeted us as soon as we walked in with a smile on her face and was just so helpful to us! I feel like I asked a million questions but she answered all my questions and actually helped ease my concerns

I just wanted to thank Choice Pet for being there and having such amazing employees. My wife and I have been popping in and out when we needed certain things (the old saybrook location is close to our home) but we bought the majority of our dog food at another business, until one day my wife and I were in a jam and while the store I gave my loyalty to didn’t have any interest in helping me out, your business, Choice Pet went above and beyond to help us in our dilemma! The location itself didn’t have what we needed at that moment but the manager called other locations until she found what we needed and then personally drove to a whole different town and got it for us before we left!
