Choice Pet - Monroe

I always have a wonderful experience at this store. Everyone makes me and my dog feel welcome and cared for! Our new rescue, Midnight, got a new harness and toys. Thank you all ;)

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Good selection of animal products from food, toys, treats, brushes, shampoos, OTC medicines, ointments, cages, scratching post, fish tanks & etc. They now have doggie baths(owner washes their own doggie). Prices are reasonable, but I think they will offer a price match. I recommend this Choice Pets Store for your all you pets needs. Please give a "Like or Thumbs Up" on my review. I Greatly Appreciate It !! 😀

Terrible customer service. Went in tonight and asked for worms for our lizard all the young Man could do was mumble and point down and game from the cash register. He watched us walk around for at least 5 minutes while he stood on his phone about 10 feet from us without offering g assistance. Don’t find the worms and he watched us walk out of the store as I said he could have at least helped. Nothing in response we just watched us walk out of the store then went right back to his phone.

Long before getting my dog, I cam here back when I had pet fish. It's a good place with everything we need. The bath system is great, too.

Katie was very knowledge, friendly and helpful. I told her I needed help with my bearded dragon and she stopped what she was doing and answered any question I needed (she even helped me search stuff online and offered to put in a special order for me!). The store was clean and prices were fair.
