Otis the dog loves Sue. I think the feeling is mutual . She took great care of him for two days/nights in December 2025. Sue watched him in our home, sent plenty of Otis pictures, and took him on an adventure to meet her dog. She is a great communicator while setting up a pet sitting, during the service and even after she has finished the job. Will definitely use this service again.

Pet care was top notch! Above and beyond. Fresh water, meds and meals all taken care of. They took time to sit with my cat and gave him lots of loving’ Clean litter box and very attentive with my baby boy!

Sue was patient and kind with my dogs who are not always accepting of strangers. She is reliable and trustworthy. We discussed the best plan for my dogs when I needed to go out of town for a couple of days and she stayed in Contact with me giving me updates and pictures so I knew my girls were doing fine. I would definitely recommend her and plan to use her again when we need a day or two away.

Leaving your pet can be worrisome. However, there is no need for concern when contracting with Island Petcare. Their team provides individual attention to each pet. Clean dishes are filled. Pets are played with. Cat boxes are cleaned and freshened. Even extras like plant watering can be provided. We were even notified of a house issue! Your home will be secure and pictures of your pets will be shared daily!! I highly recommend using Island Pet Care!

Sue and Tammy were beyond amazing and helpful in connecting us with local activities. Barney loved his stay with Tammy and Sue made sure we got to see the ponies!!!! Can’t wait to return next year!
