The highest praises you can give to a business! Allen has been so kind during my adventure for a rainbow boa as what is now an early Christmas present for my husband. He coordinated a special order and communicated with me clearly and promptly- I also have to add he did not have to because the hours changed and it was actually his day off, but Google failed to update. Allen was so gracious in still helping me after I mentioned I would call again during actual hours. He’s also kindly offered support after we receive our new little lady in a few days. Oh! And please be reassured because I learned Allen’s partner is a biologist as well so definitely a perk and some extra reassurance for anyone in the market. I highly suggest keeping them in mind when in the market or just looking.
