Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!! My dogs, Normandy, MoJo Bay, and Cricket are all patients at this clinic. Chesterfield Veterinary Center has been in business in Chesterfield for decades, and is highly regarded! A very kind staff, and very knowledgeable doctors make every visit a breeze. One of our dogs in particular, MoJo Bay, is a large Mastiff mix who is very timid, but the staff at this clinic have a stellar bedside manner and handle him perfectly. A great place to take your pet for proper veterinary care!

They took forever to get me in even though I was the only one waiting. The secretary seemed nice but they were still slow. After about 20 min we went in. We waited in the room another 15 min to see some nurse, not even the vet. Why there needed to be a nurse prior to the vet I dont understand. Now I have a dog who is very anxious and was not happy with the delay. I was on lunch and the whole visit took over 45 min. They asked me if I wanted to do bloodwork on my dog. I brought in a stool sample and did not see the value of bloodwork. The issue is then that they wouldn't approve my purchase of flea, tick, and heartworm meds without the $52.00 bloodwork. I wasn't told they wouldn't approve the flea meds without the stupid bloodwork. I tried to buy the meds about a month later. So now I eithe

This establishment is unsurpassed! They are wonderful. My Vet is Dr Loveitt- she has been instrumental in keeping my pup alive. Everybody here is kind, caring and compassionate. They truly go out of their way to help with everything that is needed. They think out of the box as well which is rare these days. I have a very sick senior pup, I honestly feel that because of their expertise - she is doing so much better and is in great hands. From front desk, to techs, to Jess the mgr and the other two Drs- Dr Flasier and Dr Joe - they have given me more time with my baby. Thank you - there are not enough words to let you know how grateful I am. 🙏❤️

I cannot say enough positive things about this place! I take my puppy here for vet services, daycare, and boarding and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The staff are so friendly and treat my puppy like he’s their own. I always get cute stories about what happened during daycare! My pup can hardly wait to get through the door when we come here he loves it so much. Not many people can say that about their dogs going to the vet! While boarded this weekend, my puppy peed in the kennel overnight. The staff gave him a bath, blow dried him, and washed his blanket and toys at no extra charge! They truly go above and beyond. Dr. Dana Lovitt is the best. She loves her fur patients and very thorough. She has taken care of all of our dogs.
