Wanted to replace carpet in bedrooms to match existing LVP flooring in rest of condo. Received 4 estimates and Chapman was the lesser of the others. Most would not come to the location, they wanted me to send diagram, and they would email the estimate. Doug with Chapman met me and took actual estimates. Worked with me to satisfy the HOA requirements, was very patient, and extremely knowledgeable. The installers, Jason D and his assistant were on time, professional, demonstrated excellent work ethic. The final product was perfect, you can not tell the new from the old.I was impressed how they left the place as they found it. I found everyone I dealt with to be very knowledgeable, timely and professional.

Doug and Simone were great! We needed to replace the carpet in the bedroom and living room slide out in our 10-year-old motor home. We got a great price for the carpet and the binding on the living room section. We chose a dark brown berber and couldn't be more pleased!! Thank you!!

I know this place has been around a long time ,family-owned business. I was so pleased with their service as well as their carpet. They showed up on time and were in and out in a couple hours. I just had one room done and I was glad she worked with me and was able to do that. I would highly recommend them anytime

We had a carpet tear out and reinstall by Chapman. Doug at Chapman carpet lead us through all of the carpet choices and educated us on what would be the best option for our family of five. The price point was better than the other two stores that we received estimates and the carpet was much higher quality and brand name! It was ordered and within 10 days it was installed and beautiful!! Hands down the best carpet ever!! It feels like I’m walking on a cloud!! We are 100% happy and we plan on recarpeting out entire second floor with Chapman in February! We can’t say enough about Chapman. Do it. You won’t be disappointed!!
