I brought my cat in for a check up on a Thursday afternoon and received “care” from Ms. Cherry. I struggle calling her Dr. because of how unbelievably unprofessional this person was. She did a general evaluation of my cat and discovered a stage 2 heart murmur. Instead of logically thinking and assessing the situation before jumping to conclusions, Ms. Cherry said, “he could drop dead at any minute”. She then proceeded to tell me a story about how her childhood cat “dropped dead” while she was petting her. Despite the shock of this news, I was a little apprehensive to jump to conclusions because we had no other information about what was going on besides just hearing a murmur. We did a full blood and urine panel. She had then recommended me to a specialized vet that was doing clinical trial

Dr Hynes is hands down the best veterinarian. He has a great assistant/tech too. You can tell they honestly care about animals.

I am writing this review for one reason and one reason only and that is to save the lives of your pets. The staff does not give the one vet that is on staff messages. The owner of this Clinic told me let my pup eat however much food she wants and because of her current Medical condition, his comment scared me because it made me think that she was not going to live and I should let her do whatever she wanted to. He never directly said that but he made me feel that's what he was insinuating when he told me to let her eat whatever she wanted and as much as she wanted. He also yelled at me when I asked specific questions about the medication he was prescribing for my pup. The office manager never returns phone calls and is very unprofessional. Our dog recently was bitten by another dog, and the office was able to get in him really quickly for a check up. The staff is so helpful and efficient. They take really great care of our animals, and are experienced and patient at every appointment. He is doing much better now! Thank you!

If I leave something out your wondering about, just ask. Where do I start, from 1st walking in the door and being greeted by Maggie ( who does show true concern for whatever may have brought you & yours 4 legged family member [or other] in their door ), to all of the polite and courteous vet techs & Dr Cherry. I am locked in as a customer, every extra question & concern was accommodated, I even got the pleasure of meeting Mr Eric Jones (chief exec officer for Happy Paws Veterinary Partners) who entertained many of my questions and was the first to ask how I'd heard of the clinic (this was before I knew who he was, I thought by his looks and demeanor he was a staff veterinarian). Though CSAC has partnered w/ Happy Paws don't get the idea this is part of a conglomerate or another " corporate
